Could this be the battery?

Make sure the terminals are tight and clean , things should be tested before you replace them , See if the head lights are nice and bright then the batt is o.k. and it may be the starter or a relay

test the battery, proper voltage is 12.5v. I suspect the voltage is at 12V or lower. Also if the battery is original, it is time to swap it out, it can no longer hold a charge.

There's clicking; and then there's clicking..... Rapid clicking is a sign that current isn't strong enough to turn the starter motor. That could be a dead battery or loose/corroded cable connections. A single click is a sign that current is reaching the starter but not turning it. Could be a bad starter motor or a defective solenoid..... It's a ten year old Acura, so the problem probably isn't serious. Just have someone check the battery. If it's OK, have a mechanic find the problem and fix it.
