I have a 2012 Range Rover supercharged that I took to a Land Rover dealership for a coolant leak. Mechanic told me it needed new timing chains. Two days later, I was informed that the care skipped time in the engine and it is not driveable. Land Rover USA told me it was 20K miles over their "goodwill" period. Do I have any recourse with the dealership that did this?

The dealer did their duty and told you about the problem. Since you did not heed their warning you apparently are on your own. Now the engine probably has bent valves.

To clarify: The car was brought in for a coolant leak. When the mechanic called, he suggested that the timing chains were stretched and recommended that the chains be replaced. I concurred and gave permission for this service. I was called three days later saying that the car was not safe to drive and I should bring a tow truck. So the car is not drive-able and Land Rover will not take responsibility.
