crank slow but no start

Ok had to replace the transmission in my 06 Envoy 4.2l got it from
shop about 2 months later had to jump start it in the morning. Was
on my home it lost all power and died was told it threw a rod through
the bottom of the engine  after looking there is no hole in motor and
it was full of oil noill crank really slow but won't start s
