my moms Geo Tracker keeps blowing fuses

My brother borrowed her car and he come home and was
sitting with the door open on it the battery went dead he
thought we tried to jump it off with a battery charger jump
box and it would not start we checked the fuses and one
was blowed next to the Box by the battery we changed it
but it continues to blow the same fuse every time we put a
new one in we don't know what to do someone please help
