I have a 2009 crown vic police
interceptor.. When car is in park its
fine.. I start driving loss of power some
popping coming threw exhaust.. Took
cats off thought that was problem still
doing it.. Changer plugs..still doing it..
At red light and driving its rpms drop
and make car feel like its missing..
Please help

Have you serviced the fuel injectors or checked the fuel pump? It sounds like this is a fuel issue. I would start there.
