my 09 crown vic pI stalled today while turning

sputters while accelerating, stalls at idle,  steering wheel also vibrates as if
turning on a shop floor .  replaced fuel pump and relay because i could hear
it not come on intermittently, still does not come on 7 out of 10 times and car
stalls today was the first heavy rain in a awhile but it was wet all day but
problems didnt start till midday  what could this be other than fuel filter or fuel
pressure regulator?

Sounds like you need a tune up. When a vehicle is susceptible to moisture it's usually an ignition system problem. A tune up for your vehicle consists of new spark plugs and spark plug boots. Hope that helps! Jim
