how do i get spark plug threaded

plug keeps blowing out of cylender

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHCv0xmeLHg take a look here, it should be pretty easy, and these are common cars so the parts guy at Ford should be able to tell you what size kit you need. Never play with the plugs while the engine is hot, or even warm. It will always cause damage to these heads.
