I have a 1997 Ford crown vic, overheating... fluid coming out of reservoir, boiling, the fan works, changed thermostat, water pump working, what could it be?

it started overheating a few days ago, checked water pump, fan working, belt
working, fluid is coming our of reservoir, replaced reservoir cap... I am
stumped.....any suggestions??

You said you replaced the reservoir cap did you replace the radiator cap? The one that is right on top of the radiator where the hose going to the reservoir is connected..
