Rocker arms removed have question

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

If the rockers are removed off the valve stems, if
the engine were try to be started would there be
piston damage
The motor is a 4.7 magnum V8

If the rocker arms are removed the valves will be closed and no danger of bending a valve or damaging a piston.
