Asked by GuruT5R15 Jun 14, 2018 at 09:16 PM about the 2000 Dodge Dakota SLT Plus Quad Cab 4WD

Driving & vehicle died. I have replaced the
fuel pump relay, the fuel pump, cam shaft
sensor, multiple fuses. Tried resetting the
ptm. Still will not run. Tries to start then dies.

Look at the vehicle speed sensor. It may have oil in it or bad connection. None of the troubleshooting guides indicate that it has anything to do with ignition, but it does.
