Fuse blowing for fuel pump

Why does fuel pump fuse keep blowing when I turn on key to start.

The quick answer is something is shorting out when you connect that circuit. What that something is will require troubleshooting. It might be the fuel pump itself, the relay, or anything in between. Try swapping out the flue pump relay first, as that is easy to get too.
