1989 Ford F150 Won't Turn Over

Asked by saintjackie Jan 01, 2018 at 04:28 PM about the 1989 Ford F-150 STD Extended Cab 4WD LB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced w/New Battery. Last used w/no issues August 2017.
Water did recede under truck and floor of truck was wet. Truck
was parked at incline on sidewalk during Hurricane Harvey. No
clicking sound upon starting, just dragging motion. Any
suggestions?

if water got that high it got into every gasket/seam/seal it touched and any electrical connections are probably corroded ,
