I changed my solenoid and now I cannot get
any fuel everything's hooked up the way it
came off. I changed the fuel relay as well

Had similar problems once on my 1987 4.9 F-150. Pull the connections loose again, brush and clean them well and spray them with electronic cleaner. That solved my problems.
