Question type: Maintenance & Repair

During fall and winter due to the cold weather, every morning I have to wait 3 to
5 minutes after shifting the transmission to reverse until the car start moving
back. I had changed the transmission filter and of course the fluid but the
problem wasn't resolved.
Do you have any other suggestion ?

Thanks for your answers and clarifications, I will try the TransX before opening it. During the day it works properly, the delay is only in the first and second attempts when the fluid still cold. Anyway thanks again and I will try this quick and easy solution.

PS I have never found a mechanic in a can !!! There is an underlying problem that needs to be addressed Tom right Tennisshoes response is just a temporary fix ond won't fix anything

Has soon as trans is up to temp when you put it in gear it kills moter and also when you stop at light it dies
