Where is the ecu in a 1983 Cadillac sedan

ECM IS LOCATED UNDER THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. IN ORDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE ECM YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE TRIM PANEL. THERE IS A FUSE LOCATED IN THE RELAY BOX UNDER THE HOOD, IT IS A 10 AMP FUSE, I THINK NUMBER 10, BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO CHECK ON THIS.
