My 1994 Dodge Stealth will turn over but not crank?

Clutch was recently replaced and has been driving good. can you tell me what the problem may be?

Check that you are getting fuel and fire. If you are then check compression on each cylinder . If that's good check timing. If around 100000 miles it's time to think about changing timing belt.

if you checked everthing dandyoun suggested try checking the crank shaft positioning censor.
