I just bought a 1989 crx with a b20z2 in it with a b16 tranny I have an issue with the cooling fan I want to replace it cuz its causing the car to over heat and the previous owner has the wiring all weird any suggestions

I ended up fixing the cooling fan problem but now I have issue of the motor dropping and raising rpms from 1000 to 2500
