There’s a flashing negative number on the
dashboard of my 2013 CR-V. Does anyone know
what it means?

it means that you did not change the oil when the car wanted you to. it actually counts the number of miles you went under zero, so it's -1 mile since you should have changed the oil, -2 miles, etc... until you change the oil and reset the counter. then, it will show %100 oil life still left, until it goes back down to zero, down the road..
