Golf R clunk noise when cold

Asked by Luke_james5 Nov 19, 2020 at 01:24 PM about the 2013 Volkswagen Golf R 2-Door AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello, I have recently purchased a 2013
Volkswagen Golf R and I am hearing a noise when I
start the car below 50 degrees. The noise comes
from behind the radio so could be coming from
drivetrain and transmission. The car drives and
shifts perfectly fine. But has anyone had a similar
noise and should I be worried about something
breaking?
