I have white smoke coming from the oil dip stick. Why is this? Also when its in park & idling the rpm increase's n decrease's when it does you can feel a vibration/shake. What could cause this?

The white smoke is oil vapors. It's coming out of the dip stick tube because the rings are worn and combustion gasses are pressurizing the crankcase.

ck. the oil for fuel contamentents , if very thin oil it may be fuel in it , and it will vaporize when warm ,and of course top rings too if one cracked, sounds like you best run str. wt. 40 oil in that bus
the other ques. yes a guess is those vapors are messing with the o2 sensors,
At 200K+ miles it could be many things causing a variance in rpm's at idle. It could use new plugs, spark plug wires, air filter, new vacuum hoses to try to get it back to stock performance. It all depends on what has already been done. You could get the codes read at the parts store to see if there are any sensors that are throwing pending codes. After 14 years of service, everything is wearing out and it's not cost effective to replace it all. Keep changing the oil/filter when required and work on the other stuff as needed.

Alright. Ill just keep up on the regular maintenance & when it needs something ill replace it
