2013 Dodge Grand Caravan churns but doesn't turn over

I turn the key to start the van and it sounds like it's trying to start.  Doesn't start.  
If it does it's for a brief few seconds.

Thank you but there is no code coming up on the code reader. The fuel pump has been replaced.
