My van is overheating and blinkers sometimes work sometimes don't

I've changed the thermostat, water pump is working, flushed radiator and is
still overheating especially on highway. blinkers occasionally work but hazard
lights work fine

is all the air out of the cooling system...check that a rad.hose is not collapsing is there good flow thru the rad.itself???
