Hesitation when driving

Asked by Guru139CV Oct 01, 2019 at 08:19 AM about the 2013 Ford Escape Titanium FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have about 53K miles.  Started hesitating several thousand miles ago and I
thought it was transmission and had it checked.  Transmission good.  Not a
regular thing and not specifically at acceleration.  Notice it more when driving
and not necessarily when it would be a gear shift.  Suggestions before I go to
the dealer?

Did you find what was wrong? I have a 2020 Escape Titanium AWD and I have hesitation and they are saying its my Throttle Body but are calling it a characteristic of my particular vehicle. I think this is code that they wont fix it.
