I HAVE A 2003 ford crown Victoria POLICE INTERCEPTOR I'VE RECENTLY CHANGED THE HEADS TIMING CHAIN AND GUIDES POWER STEERING PUMP AND A INTAKE MANIFOLD...BUT SHOULD I'VE JUST REPLACE THE WHOLE ENGINE

When working on a over head cam Ford engine you need to know what you are doing when timing the cams or will bend valves. I am guessing you are asking why won't it run? Also, lose the capital letters as we can hear you just fine.

I can't remember how many times I have heard people screw up the timing on overhead cam Ford engines and bend the valves. Yes, you should replace the engine cause you have got no clue what is going on, how to post a question, the proper use of capital letters or anything else for that matter.
