I have a 2006 Crown Vic. The air bag alarm beeps 5 times in sequences of 5 times.about every 20 minutes or so. It started out with just the light coming on. Any suggestions?

I have an 83 Ford LTD Crown Victoria. The fuel pump stays running when the key is on. Is this normal? The car will not start.
