Dodge gran caravan sport

It doesn't roll only in neutral. And when I start it up
it won't go into gear

Sounds like you can't shift it out of gear, so when it is in park, it is not going to roll. There is a shift interlock solenoid that a wire may be broken off of, or it could be just bad. Also the brake light switch is tied into the shift interlock system, could also be a something wrong with that.
