2002 dodge caravan won,t start,cranks well, smell gas

Has spark to plug, battery was bad, but replaced it.

its flooded or the crank position sensor is bad

Spark plugs are all soaked wt ith gas! replace them, or remove and dry them. I use a hair dryer! Good Luck!
