I have a 2012 Kia Optima EX p0089 came up. Car hard to
start and has no power.

Possible causes po089....> - Faulty fuel pressure regulator - Fuel pressure regulator harness is open or shorted - Fuel pressure regulator electrical circuit poor connection - Faulty fuel pressure sensor
