At what mileage should I have a induction clean a injector flush and transmission flush on my 2012 Equinox. My vehicle has 30,000 miles.

if perfomance has degraded, and you've already replaced all vacuum hoses with silicone ones...and there is a new air filter and oil filter, PCV valve and sparkplugs and wires...and still there is a poor performance happenin' then maybe, but am convinced that if tuned properly there is NO need for this kinda thing~

I just went in for an oil change with no problems and was told I needed to have this done at 30,000 miles. He showed me a q tip with black stuff on it and said that is why. But I had no problems.

Don't know what happened to my first answer, but As Judge_Roy said, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Transmission and fuel rail/injector flushes are a waste of time and money for the most part. Transmission flushes do not get the dirty sludge out of the transmission as two to three quarts of oil are left inside the transmission. Use STP or another gas additive about every 10,000 miles to clean the injectors. If you go on a long drive where you will use about a tank of gas in one drive, put it in then also. This keeps everything clean. If you are not having any problems, don't do it. Gas companies use good additives to keep your car fuel system clean. Switch gas companies every once in a while to mix up the cleaning agents. Go to a GOOD TRUSTED mechanic and he'll explain why the flushes are a waste of money and time. I think the factory suggested fluid change in the transmission is around 100,000 miles. Fuel rail flush at 60K if your having sluggish or misfiring problems. Use the additives in the gas tank and you should keep the fuel system clean. Gasoline filters should be changes at 50K if needed.
