I doubt it matters. Replace the worst parts first if you do not have time to do them all. I would do them all since you will need a front end alignment when you are done.

1.lower control arm, inner and outer tie rod ends .2.steering rack and pinion 3.Link or depending on the condition of parts do as adivised above worst, bad then will work
