Put on your seat belt! that is the best option. If you still refuse to wear this excellent piece of equipment designed to save your life then, remove the under dash panel where the chime is located and disconnect the chime speaker. it should look like a small speaker. find it and disconnect it.

Will wear seat belt but sometime i drive from sams club to walmart to giant eagle to home depot all in same parking lot donot need the buckle and sound

Them, as I suggested, find the chime under the dash and disconnect the speaker. Should be about 2x2 inches
