how do i remove plastic cover under radiator

Asked by NLant2014 Mar 01, 2014 at 10:39 AM about the 2004 Dodge Dakota SLT Quad Cab 4WD

the plastic shroud underneath radiator & fan, which is to protect underside from road dirt
etc..  it has the removable screw cap to replace the filter.  i need to remove it. please
explain how it is attached.
& how to remove it
