What could b wrong with my car wen I open my gas cap it hisses air at me and it takes forever to fill up

All fuels are essentially oils. Refined differently. Each fuel does what is called "sublimation". It is a physical reaction that, at ambient or above ambient temperature, causes the fuel to turn from liquid to vapor. The vapor will build pressure inside the tank and release when you open the cap. ---- My point, Tom is most likely correct, the vent on your tank is clogged and needs to be cleaned out.
