Rear end trouble

I have a 2006 Dodge Stratus and on my
way home the rear left end something
broke and now my rear left tire is leaning.
What could this possibly be?

Could be that the bearing went out, ur going to have to Jack it up & take the tire off & inspect it, do u kno how to work on vehicles at all?

Thank you for your answers. It was the ball joint it broke away from the control arm. I can only work on cars a little, but had to get someone else to do it for me.
