p0700 trans sensor supply voltage

when the ac is turned on hi the speedometer jumps up but i'm in park. The dome light flickers, voltage meter go from 12.5 to 14.5 v., when stopped in drive the transmission will shift. Changed the Trans. out put speed sensor but it seems to be a voltage problem.

This is most likely the voltage regulator on your alternator. Its probably built in with the alternator so will have to replace the whole unit.
