Steering wheel controls don't work and the windshield wipers won't turn off.

Vehicle was in a minor accident now the steering wheel controls don't work
and the windshield wipers won't turn off. Also the signal lights and cruise
control don't work. I checked the fuses and they appear to be working, though
I had to pull the one for the wipers so they would stop going.

Please help, the adjuster didn't seem to think it could have anything to do with
the accident though the timing seems weird otherwise.
