Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my van is idling very rough, almost seems like it is going to stall, but doesn't. when i give it gas it kinda idle's rough for a second or two but then starts to run ok. I changed the plugs and wires 8 months ago because it was starting to do the same thing only not as bad, so I am in doubt that it is the plugs after I replaced the plugs and wires it went away....now it is back but worse....any suggestions on where to look and what i should try
