AM radio not working just get static

FM, Satellite radio, bluetooth all working fine, AM radio not working at all, just

I am having the same issue with my 2018 Soul AM radio, most of the time it is just static..

Had occasional fm problems and terrible am . Took it to the dealer ,,,was told it was a $700 dollar part and they will order it , should take a week.
