I have a sebring convertible and when it rains and i put the wipers on, I get soaked because the wipers shoot the water right inside. I smoke, that's why I open the window

"I smoke, that's why I open the window". Have you given any SERIOUS thought to kicking a habit that is destroying your body? ...OR...at the very least, refrain from smoking while driving in a rainstorm?

I suppose you could try one of those window frame plastic vents sealed to windsheild frame, may look super dorky, but then again it may do just what you are looking for.
