My cigarette later don't work in my car I check my fuse  
and it's fine but my lighter is  kind of rusty looking inside..  
How can I replace my cigarette lighter?  My lighter is right
next to my gearshift .

Is it hard to do or do I need take the cover off.. I can do it just can't find any info on the net
