I would either replace the front springs with the matching ride height aftermarket springs or replace the rear springs with stock height springs.

That's what I was thinking It's just that I'm going to have to save up for a bit I appreciate the feed back

Did you ask the shop if they still have the old springs laying around? They really should have consulted with you before changing out the springs. If they are good guys they should install the other springs at no cost to you.

They told me the old springs were no good , and they also said they dont change out high performance parts so ‍♂️, I'm just highly frustrated , I'm going to ask for the old springs back however

You old springs where still good. I never seen any worn out unless it broke a coil. They didn't want to fix their mistake so they lied to you and told you some bs
