my remote is old doesn't work, horn and lights keep flashing

batteries were changed, the electronic plate inside is worn ,it is 15 yrs old, we ordered a remote from the mainland , Chrysler. old not program it, luckily the company took back the remote, Chrysler wants $203.00 and $60 to program it

Put the key in the driver side door and turn it will disarm it
