Have you burped fuel rail after changing filter? Could be some air in the line. Checked for spark? And have you checked timing?

I had the same problem before the fuel pump and filter change has good spark and I will check my timing. Changed pump 2 months back didnt have problem for about a day really became a problem when it started frosting at night. It stalls and stuffers here and there during acceleration and wont stay running for more than 5 min will idling

The motor is acting like its choking or starving for air or fuel k&n cone air filter is on It

What's your fuel pressure? Any vacuum lines disconnected? Try cleaning the idle air control valve and mass airflow sensor

I know it mass air flow sensor is bad but its been like that for 4 year never made a difference
