Are the cooling fans working? They need to work, And have you purged the cooling system from air pockets after refilling it? Here is how... www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUpXgAJ1gjU

A fellow gave me some advise that has helped me with both my Rendevou's. 03 & 04. They are notorious for overheating from day one especially during long stops at lights or traffic tieups. This man explained it to me in a way i could understand. There's not enough airflow around the engine to move the heat away, raise the hood and locate the thick rubber seal in the middle back firewall and windshield. From the center of the windshield cut approximetly 6 inches in both directions from center of seal. Remove this excess rubber and discard. The trough for water runoff is still deep enough to allow water from rain to flow away without entering the motor area. This has improved the cooling greatly for me on both my vehicles. It's so simple and allows heated air to escape much easier. Good luck.....
