2008 Chrysler Sebring 2.7L cooling fans

I have a 2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible with a
2.7L and my cooling fans don't work and I replaced
all fuses and relays plus the coolant temperature
sensor and thermostat and fans don't work but
when I unplug the connector for the coolant
temperature sensor the fans magically come on
any ideas?

you flip us off and you want advice ? get real . You're not cool , you own a chrysler

If you car is low on water the fans wont work , you most likely have a air pocket in the block , bleed the air out of the system and your fans will cut on
