2012 Honda Civic LX won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2012 Honda Civic LX won't start.

I drove it to the store (engine off), took it home (engine off), tried to start it again and it
won't start. All of the lights work, air works, radio works, etc., but when I go to turn on
the engine, there's only a strange clicking noise. Any thoughts?

Also, is this covered under Honda's warranty? In other words, can I take it to the
dealer, and they'll fix it without me having to pay for anything? This car is accident free
and this is the first time this car won't start.

Below is a link to a video making the same sound as my car. The car in the video is a bit older than my Civic, but maybe it's the same issue. From the YouTube comments, the video poster states it's a ground wire going to the ECU... not sure what that is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZ20-kjz6i4

Also, the check brake system light came on, along with the check ABS lights, airbag light, and the check tire pressure light came on. My keys all of a sudden don't work either, even though the key's battery works since the LED lights up every time I lock/unlock the car. I believe it's some sort of electrical issue. Does anyone know?
