COULD THE BLENDER DIAL MOTOR DOOR HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH ONLY THE AIR NOT COMING OUT OF THE VENTS ONLY ON FACE STATUS

Technically it would be a mode door or actuator, the blend door would affect air temperature not direction.
