Ford Focus losing power

Has anyone found a solution to the power loss problem?

Check for a blown ( ETCS ) Electric Throttle Control System fuse

My dealership just performed TSB 16-0129 and replaced Transmission Control Module. This was after they performed recall 18s32 fuel tank deformation inspection and replaced canister purge valve. Car is currently running very well with no stumbling on acceleration or loss of power while driving.

My Dealership did the same thing on my Focus 2014 with the fuel tank and now it doesn’t start at all it does nothing it’s so screwed up how much was it to fix the TCM
