Can I add navigation to a existing screen
on my minivan? It is a 2011 Nissan Quest

You would have to swap out the existing screen because the screen is actually a mini-computer with applications. Your screen does not have the navigation application embedded. You may want to contact your Nissan dealer and ask them. I'm pretty sure you need to get a new screen with a navigation application already embedded in it's system.
