The headlights have a circuit breaker that resets. Your headlights are drawing too much power. Did you install higher wattage bulbs? Did you add any aux lights to the circuit?

I had to replace my switch, The only was that I knew this was I gave the switch a bap and they would either start flickering or stop for a few. Replaced and now all is well.

Has anyone figured out how to fix this? My 2005 Chrysler 300 started doing this as well and I don't want to pay money for a dealer to look at it.

I have a Chrysler 300 Touring, bought it brand new in 06. The headlights and dashboard lights started going off while driving. I can turn the switch and they'll come back on. This is scary and dangerous on a dark road at night. What can be causing this?

I had the same problem on my 06 chrysler 300 touring, it is either your headlights switch or the fuse is blown for the headlights, I would first suggest checking the fuses to make sure they are good. If that doesnt work then replace your headlights switch it costs about 40$ for a replacement.
